The present invention relates to a polymer complex for recognizing helicobacter pylori and a use thereof. More specifically, a water-soluble polymer-photosensitizer complex conjugated with sialyllactose that is selectively bonded to a surface of the helicobacter pylori has excellent selectivity and binding power to a helicobacter pylori strain. It is confirmed that the photosensitizer in the complex generates monooxygen when being irradiated with laser to effectively induce inactivation of the helicobacter pylori. Accordingly, the complex is provided as a polymer complex for recognizing the helicobacter pylori to be used as a helicobacter pylori photodynamic treatment medicine for effectively detecting helicobacter pylori in the gastrointestinal tract and solving conventional antibiotic resistance problems.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 헬리코박터 파일로리 인지용 고분자 복합체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 헬리코박터 파일로리 표면에 선택적으로 결합하는 시알릴락토오스를 접합시킨 수용성 고분자-광감작제 복합체는 헬리코박터 파일로리 균주에 대한 우수한 선택력 및 결합력을 가지며, 레이저 조사 시 상기 복합체 내 광감작제가 일항산소를 발생시킴으로써 헬리코박터 파일로리의 불활성화를 효과적으로 유도하는 것이 확인됨에 따라, 상기 복합체를 헬리코박터 파일로리 인지용 고분자 복합체로 제공하여 위 장관 내에서 헬리코박터 파일로리를 효과적으로 검출하고 종래의 항생제 내성 문제를 해결하기 위한 헬리코박터 파일로리 광역학 치료제로 제공하고자 한다.
