An aerosolgeneration system having anaerosol generator wherein aliquid formulation is at leastpartially vaporized in a capillarypassage and discharged fromthe capillary passage to form anaerosol. The aerosol generationsystem includes a pumpingunit (50) adapted to supply aliquid formulation to the aerosolgenerator (90)； and a fluidicelement (100) located betweenthe pumping unit and thecapillary passage of the aerosolgenerator, wherein the fluidicelement increases the pressureof the liquid formulation as theliquid formulation enters thecapillary passage of the aerosolgenerator.
