The personal sauna comprises: a bottom pad including a head region where a face of a user is positioned and a foot region where a foot of the user is positioned, and having a bottom heating element embedded therein a side pad connected to a side portion of the bottom pad and having a height step and a cover pad including a rear cover which is connected to both the bottom pad and the side pad to provide a sauna space in a dome shape, defines the foot region and has a cover heating element, a front cover which defines the head region and has a plurality of air holes communicating with the outside, and an inclined cover disposed along a shape profile of the height step between the front and rear covers.
