PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soft capsule films which can prevent aspiration and can improve oral function by allowing those who decline chewing function or oral function to be conscious of the act of breaking capsules in their mouth by themselves, and which are excellent in capsule moldability at the time of production and can be bitten with poor force.SOLUTION: Adding a soluble starch into a film solution in which gelatin, glycerin, cellulose, and the like are added can produce a soft capsule film having film strength and excellent chewiness (comprising after cold storage/after freezing).SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】咀嚼機能や口腔機能が衰えている者が、口中でのカプセル破断行為を自分で意識することにより、誤嚥を防止し、口腔機能を向上させることができ、かつ、製造時のカプセルの成型性に優れる、弱い力で噛み切ることができるソフトカプセル皮膜を提供すること。【解決手段】ゼラチン、グリセリン、セルロース類が添加された皮膜溶液に、可溶性澱粉を添加することにより、皮膜強度と良好な咀嚼性(冷蔵後・冷凍後を含む)を兼ね備えたソフトカプセル皮膜を作製することができる。【選択図】なし
