PURPOSE: A washing apparatus, a sterilizing apparatus including the same, and a shrinkable washing ring used for the same are provided to wash a rod-shaped structure without a detecting sensor such as a proximity sensor. CONSTITUTION: A washing operation is regularly or irregularly required for a rod-shaped structure. A shrinkable washing ring(22) is movably combined with the surface of the rod-shaped structure and is insertion fixed to a moving plate. A driving shaft(19) moves the moving plate and moves the shrinkable washing ring along the surface of the rod-shaped structure. A motor(10) is in connection with the drying shaft and rotates the drying shaft.
