PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of the operation condition or a change in the operation condition of an oxygen enricher while securing low noise and low vibration during the operation of the oxygen enricher.SOLUTION: This oxygen enricher is provided with a suction/ blowing means 3 for discharging oxygen-enriched air sent from an oxygen enrichment means 2 from a blowing part 5, a control means 4 capable of controlling the number of rotation Nt of the suction/blowing means 3 under operation, and a vibration-damping constitution means 7 constituted of a spring and/or a rubber elastic body for absorbing the vibration and damping the vibration generated by the operation motion or the rotation motion of the suction/blowing means 3. The control means 4 is constituted so as to be able to change and set the number of rotation Nt of the suction/blowing means 3 when the operation motion is changed, and/or in every prescribed lapse time and/or when the operation mode is changed, and/or in accordance with the voltage of a consumable electric power source, so that the operation sound of the suction/blowing means 3 can be changed.
