PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that the dropping-recovering efficiency of grains stuck in grain straws is low and the load of grading due to the dropping of the grain straws on a sieve increases.SOLUTION: A threshing device includes: a shaking-grading rack 22 having a threshing chamber 12 in which a threshing net 18 is disposed on the lower side of a threshing cylinder 11, a transfer rack portion 24 on the lower side of the threshing chamber 12, a grading sieve 25 arranged on the back side of the transfer rack portion 24, and a grading net 29 arranged below the sieve 25 and a winnower 19 disposed on the lower side of the shaking-grading rack 22.
