An array of wooden balls (10) is fixed at the inner face of the sheath such that array of balls rests directly against the enclosed part of the user when the garment is worn by the user. Each ball includes a central opening for passing ligaments, so as to form a chain of balls and to fix the chain of balls at the inner face of the sheath, where the ligaments are arranged so that the balls are movable in rotation.
