The present invention relates to two-photon fluorescent pigments for simultaneously photographing lysosomes and mitochondria in living cells and a method for photographing lysosomes and mitochondria using the same wherein the two-photon fluorescent pigments includes compounds of chemical formula 1 and another compound of chemical formula 2 and accordingly radiates two-photon fluorescent pigments (TPFF) in different wavelength areas, thereby simultaneously photographing lysosomes and mitochondria.본 발명은 생체 내 리소좀 및 미토콘드리아의 동시 영상화용 이광자 형광염료 및 이를 이용한 리소좀 및 미토콘드리아의 영상화 방법에 관한 것으로, 하기 [화학식 1]의 화합물 및 [화학식 2]의 화합물을 포함함으로써, 서로 다른 파장에서 이광자 여기 형광 인자(TPEF)를 방출하여 리소좀 및 미토콘드리아를 동시에 영상화할 수 있다.
