The invention is an apparatus and method that measures expanded frequencies of electromagnetic activity in a users brain and heart. The apparatus includes a computer, a display screen, a software program for rapid measurement and digital display of the users electromagnetic brain and heart frequencies above about 500 Hz, a plurality of EEG sensors and an EKG sensor that are connected to the computer.
