PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom cultivation apparatus capable of dispensing with the work to move a mushroom cultivation bottle between an upper sprouting shelf of a mushroom cultivation shelves to the lower growing shelf. SOLUTION: The objective mushroom cultivation apparatus is provided with mobile mushroom cultivation shelves 10 having shelf boards 12 arranged in vertical direction interposing spaces between the boards. A frame 40 having a plurality of supporting arms 42 is placed in a growth chamber 70 and each arm 42 is provided with a fluorescent lamp 50 to be inserted into a space above the mushroom cultivation bottle 20 placed on each shelf board 12. The mushroom cultivation shelf 10 is placed in the sprouting chamber and the mushroom is sprouted in the bottle 20 placed on the board 12. Thereafter, the cultivation shelf 10 is transferred into the growth chamber 70 and moved close to the frame 40 in the growth chamber 70. The supporting arm 42 of the frame is inserted into the space above the bottle 20 placed on the board 12 to grow the mushroom in the cultivation bottle 20.
