The discharge unit comprises a pressure rod, a discharge cap(3), and a spring and discharges disinfecting fluid. The pressure rod is installed to be moved on a gripping portion and comprises a disk for pressing the disinfecting fluid. The discharge cap comprises a plurality of discharge holes for the discharge of the disinfecting fluid.
