The present invention provides a lipolytic composition comprising a deoxycholic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for example, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity comprising localized obesity. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention does not give rise to precipitation even though having a lower pH than an existing DCA-containing preparation, thereby having excellent storage stability, and also being able to minimize side effects such as burning sensation and inflammation on the site of administration.본 발명은 데옥시콜릭산 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는 지방분해 조성물, 예를 들어 국소 비만을 포함한 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 약학 조성물은 종래의 DCA 함유 제제에 비하여 낮은 pH에서도 침전물이 발생하지 않아 보관안정성이 우수할 뿐 아니라, 투여부위에서 작열감, 염증 등의 부작용을 최소화할 수 있다.
