PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolator system for decontaminating an operation room inside of an isolator including a purification filter consisting of fine particle capture filter such as an HEPA filter effectively in short time.SOLUTION: An operation room 11 capable of being maintained at an aseptic condition inside of an isolator body 10. A decontamination gas is supplied inside of the operation room 11 and decontamination is conducted. An HEPA filter 21 is arranged at a roof of the operation room 11 and gas supplied from a gas supply room 20 formed on an upper side of the roof to the operation room 11 is purified. Inside of the gas supply room 20 is divided into an upper room 23 and a lower room 24 by barrier 22.
