PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion device with which the deformation of eye tissue around the incision can be reduced when an intraocular lens is inserted.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion device causes an intraocular lens to advance through the inside of a cylindrical main body part and of an insertion part 20 by a rod-shaped pushing member and to be inserted into the eye from the tip of the insertion part, the intraocular lens comprising an optical part and at least one loop-shaped support part extending outwardly from a periphery of the optical part.
