The present invention relates to a waist vibration signal generation device, which includes a main machine body, a vertical vibration signal generator, a control part, a power supply part and a hanging part. The main machine body is provided with a first axis the vertical vibration signal generator is disposed inside the main machine body, and provided with a first permanent magnet, a coil, a pair of coil connection wires and a flexible thin film along the first axis.
