The present invention relates to a picking device capable of easily inserting and removing contact lenses. A pipette tube is used to reliably attach the contact lenses to an adsorption fabric or detach the contact lenses from the same to enable a user to handle, insert and wear the contact lenses easily. Accordingly, the picking device can solve the problems related to the difficulties in holding conventionally small and slippery contact lenses, wet with a washing liquid, the need for a separate secondary process of moving the contact lenses to fingers, and the risk and inconvenience of having impurities settling on the contact lenses in the process of wearing the contact lenses. According to the present invention, the picking device includes: a handle which is formed in a size appropriate to enable a user to hold the contact lens picking device with two fingers, being the thumb and index finger, in a convenient manner a lens adsorption unit which is made of silicone to conveniently adsorb the small and slippery contact lenses at once and a pipette tube which is in the shape of a hollow sphere and is made of elastic silicone to enable fine adjustment of the air pressure.
