PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phototherapy device, which can prevent a frame and a body part from overturning even when an optical fiber is pulled or the hand or the elbow is carelessly caught in a projecting part, prevent a panic in treating a newborn and not cause leading to a breakage of the device.SOLUTION: A phototherapy device includes: a body part 1 equipped with at least a light source 15, a light guide rod 17 for guiding the light from the light source, a connecting socket 4 to which the end of the light guide rod faces, a cooling fan for cooling a light source, an electronic part for conducting the control required for medical treatment, and a control display panel for setting the medical treatment contents and displaying the same by operating the electronic part and a medical treatment part provided with a light guide part 11 formed by bundling a plurality of optical fibers 31, and a pad part formed by expanding the optical fibers in the adjacent state like a flat plate. The end of the light guide part in the medical treatment part is formed on a photo detecting plug 13 which can be inserted in the connecting socket of the body part, and the photo detecting plug is kept in the connecting state by the attraction of a permanent magnet 37 provided on the connecting socket side.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】光線治療器において、光ファイバーを引張ったり、はみ出し部分に手や肘が不用意に引っ掛かっても、架台や本体部がひっくり返えらないようにし、新生児に対する慌てた扱いをしないようにすると共に、治療器の破損に繋がらないようにする。【解決手段】光線治療器は、少なくとも光源15と、光源からの光をガイドする導光ロッド17と、導光ロッドの端部が臨む接続用ソケット4と、光源を冷却する冷却ファンと、治療に必要な制御をする電子部品と、電子部品を操作して治療内容を設定し表示できる制御表示パネルとを装備した本体部1と、複数本の光ファイバー31を束ねた導光部11と、光ファイバーを隣接状態に平板状に広げたパッド部とを備えた治療部とからなり、治療部における導光部の端部は、本体部の接続用ソケットに挿着可能な受光用プラグ13に形成し、受光用プラグは接続用ソケット側に設けた永久磁石37の吸着作用で連結が維持される。【選択図】図8
