PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical vinyl chloride resin composition and a medical material less in reduction of flexibility and deterioration of coloring or the like after sterilization or germicidal treatment, further good in flexibility or cold resistance and having improved heat resistance.SOLUTION: By using trimellitic acid triester obtained by an esterification treatment of specific aliphatic acid saturated alcohol and trimellitic acid or an anhydride thereof as a plasticizer for vinyl chloride resin, coloring after a germicidal treatment or reduction of flexibility due to volatilization of the plasticizer is almost disappeared and heat resistance is enhanced without reducing flexibility or cold resistance at same time, whereby a medical vinyl chloride resin composition and a medical material less in deterioration after sterilization or germicidal treatment, usable stably, good in flexibility or cold resistance and having improved heat resistance are obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 滅菌や殺菌処理後の柔軟性低下や着色等の劣化が少なく、更に柔軟性や耐寒性が良好であり、かつ耐熱性の改善された医療用塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物及び医療用材料を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 特定の脂肪族飽和アルコールとトリメリット酸若しくはその無水物をエステル化反応して得られるトリメリット酸トリエステルを塩化ビニル系樹脂用可塑剤として使用することにより、滅菌処理後の着色や可塑剤の揮発による柔軟性の低下が殆どなくなり、同時に柔軟性や耐寒性を低下させることなく、耐熱性を向上させることができ、その結果、滅菌や殺菌処理後の劣化が少なく、安定的に使用することのできる、柔軟性や耐寒性が良好であり、かつ耐熱性の改善された医療用塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物及び医療用材料が得られる。【選択図】 なし
