The water suction rate of the surface layer 3 is smaller than the water suction rate of the diffusion part 1a. The diffusion part 1a of the diffusion water retention layer 1 and the surface layer 3 are adhered to each other with a large amount of dot-shaped adhesives 4. A skin protection layer 5 is adhered on the surface layer 3. A water prevention layer 6 formed of an impermeable film is adhered to the diffusion water retention layer 1.
