PURPOSE: A tablet discharge device of an automatic tablet packing machine and a tablet discharge method using the same are provided to accurately discharge various kinds of tablets one by one. CONSTITUTION: A tablet discharge device (D) of an automatic tablet packing machine comprises a frame, an arrangement unit, a tablet supply unit, a tablet transfer unit, a sensor, and a controller. The arrangement unit is installed on the frame and arranges tablets in a line to be separated from each other. The tablet supply unit is arranged on the top of the arrangement unit and supplies the tablets to the arrangement unit. The tablet transfer unit transfers the tablets discharged through the arrangement unit to a hopper. The sensor detects the position of the tablets moved through the tablet supply unit. The controller controls the operation of the tablet supply unit when the tablets on a position just before the tablet transfer unit are detected.본 발명은 약제 자동 포장기에 배열된 약제 배출장치가 배출 직전의 위치까지 약제를 이동시켜두고 약제 배출신호를 접수하는 즉시 약제를 배출할 수 있도록 하는 약제 배출장치 및 상기 약제 배출장치를 이용한 약제 배출방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 약제를 한 알씩 배출시킬 수 있는 약제 배출장치로서, 내부에 수용된 약제를 이동시키면서 일렬로 배열시키는 약제 공급 유닛과； 상기 약제 공급 유닛으로부터 한 알씩 공급되는 약제를 상기 약제 배출장치의 외부로 전달하는 약제 전달 유닛과； 상기 약제 공급 유닛을 통해 이동하여 온 약제가 상기 약제 전달 유닛으로 공급되기 직전의 위치에 있는 것을 검출하는 센서와； 상기 센서에 의해 약제가 상기 약제 전달 유닛으로 공급되기 직전의 위치에 있는 것으로 검출되었을 때 포장 명령이 전달되기 전까지 상기 약제 공급 유닛의 작동을 중지시키도록 제어하는 제어부； 를 포함하는 약제 배출장치 및 상기 약제 배출장치를 이용한 약제 배출방법이 제공된다.
