PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand with legs for bathroom which hardly interferes with a projected object projected from a side wall when being pulled out from a space between a bathtub and the side wall to a washing space side.SOLUTION: A stand with legs for bathroom 100 is arranged in a side space A6 of a bathroom A including: a bathtub A1 a washing space A2 adjacent to a front side of the bathtub A1 a side wall A3 facing the bathtub A1 and washing space A2 from a lateral side a projected object A4 projected from the side wall A3 to the washing space A2 and the side space A6 arranged between the bathtub A1 and side wall A3. The stand with legs for bathroom 100 includes: a rectangular seat plate 1 and four support legs 2 in a shape of a rod or pipe supporting the seat plate 1 and including floor contact parts at four corners of the seat plate 1 in horizontal projection.
