An endoscope comprising: an endoscope body； one or more optical fibers located inside the endoscope body and configured to form a light beam propagation path； a sealed lens filled with liquid located in the endoscope body and along the light beam path； an actuator connected to a sealed lens filled with liquid, and configured to change the optical power of the sealed lens filled with liquid； an controller connected to the actuator and configured to provide a signal to the actuator, the signal comprising a command for the actuator to change the optical power of the sealed lens filled with liquid. 2. An endoscope according to claim 1, further comprising a distance sensor configured to measure a distance between the peripheral end of the endoscope and an object located in front of the peripheral end of the endoscope. 3.
