The roller device includes an outer periphery cylinder, and an inner net cylinder separately fixed to the interior of the outer periphery cylinder. The inner net cylinder is combined with the outer periphery cylinder to define an annular gap. The inner net cylinder defines a bean roasting space for accommodating the coffee beans.
