There is provided a pharmaceutical composition for use in therapy comprising a compound of formula (IA) and a compound of formula (IIA). There is also provided the use of the disclosed pharmaceutical composition in the manufacture of a medicament for treating cancer, including a clonal plasma cell malignancy such as multiple myeloma. The multiple myeloma may be relapsed, refractory or bortezomib resistant multiple myeloma. There is also provided the use of a compound of Formula (IA) in the manufacture of a medicament for treating cancer, including a clonal plasma cell malignancy such as multiple myeloma. The multiple myeloma may be relapsed, refractory or bortezomib resistant multiple myeloma. A preferred compound of formula (IA) is guanabenz and a preferred compound of formula (IIA) is bortezomib.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée à être utilisée en traitement comprenant un composé de formule (IA) et un composé de formule (IIA). Linvention concerne également lutilisation de la composition pharmaceutique dans la fabrication dun médicament pour traiter le cancer, notamment un cancer des cellules plasmatiques à prolifération clonale comme le myélome multiple. Le myélome multiple peut être un myélome multiple en récidive, réfractaire ou résistant au bortézomib. Linvention concerne également lutilisation dun composé de formule (IA) dans la fabrication dun médicament pour traiter le cancer, notamment un cancer des cellules plasmatiques à prolifération clonale comme le myélome multiple.
