PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven fabric having slits and a combination of air permeability and see-through-proofness, and to provide a textile product obtained by using the woven fabric.SOLUTION: The woven fabric having slits in its surface is provided. In the woven fabric, one side of both ones forming each of the slits floats up compared to the other in a three-dimensional manner； whereby the slits are three-dimensionally opened； and it is preferable that such a floated state varies depending on the case where the woven fabric is dry or wet.
