The present invention relates to a feed dispenser for a companion dog, comprising: a body (10) which is formed in a spherical shape with an empty space therein and is bitten by a puppy； and a feed container (20) which is formed in a lower part of the body (10) and has feed therein. A stuff (30) making sounds companion dogs favorite is inside the body (10), and the feed is discharged through a feed hole (21) at a lower part of the feed container (20) when a puppy bites the body (10) and shakes the same. The present invention functions as a toy and a feed dispenser enabling a companion dog to learn by itself, and concentrate and eat feed.
