The present invention relates to a portable ultraviolet optical semiconductor irradiation apparatus, which comprises: a light-emitting module including a flexible substrate and a plurality of ultraviolet light emitting diodes (UV LEDs) arrayed on the substrate to irradiate certain wavelength of UV light； and a fixed module coupled to at least one side of the light-emitting module so as to maintain a curved or crooked conformation of the light-emitting module.
