PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aqueous solution including a fragrance and coloring matter of a natural flower with a simple method by extraction.SOLUTION: The petal is immersed in a saline solution of ≥10% (W/V) for a night or longer. Afterwards, the fragrance is extracted from the petal to the saline solution, and a saline solution with the fragrance of the flower is obtained by separating the petal from the saline solution. Moreover, by immersing the petal in the saline solution of ≥10% (W/V) and separating the petal and the saline solution, the coloring matter is made clear by freezing the saline solution, and an accumulated coloring matter is obtained by defrosting the saline solution.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】天然の花の香りと色素を有する水溶液を、簡易な方法で抽出、製造する。【解決手段】花弁を10%(W/V)以上の食塩水に一晩以上浸漬する。その後、花弁と食塩水を分離ことにより、食塩水に香りが抽出され、花の香りがする食塩水が得られる。また、花弁を10%(W/V)以上の食塩水に浸漬し、花弁と食塩水を分離し、この食塩水を凍結することにより色素が鮮明化し、解凍することにより集積した色素を得ることができる。【選択図】なし
