The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing immune activity containing a cordycepin-protease conjugate as an active ingredient. More particularly, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a health functional food composition, and a feed composition containing a conjugate obtained by binding cordycepin, a major component of Cordyceps militaris, with a protease, and a method for manufacturing the same. The cordycepin-protease conjugate of the present invention activates mitochondria, B cells, and T cells, thereby preventing cell death, promoting cell regeneration, and having an immune enhancing effect.
