PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a food additive containing an ingestible extract.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a food additive containing an extract includes the steps of: a. providing a mixture of an extraction fluid and the extract b. bringing the mixture into contact with porous particles, suitable for being consumed by humans, in a container, wherein each porous particle has pores having a size allowing diffusion of the extract into the porous particle c. modifying the properties of the extraction fluid so that the extract deposits in the pores of the porous particle and d. separating the extraction fluid from the porous particles to obtain a food additive containing the porous particles and the deposited extract.
