PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solubilized collagen powder that has high affinity for water and can be readily compounded into an aqueous cosmetic.SOLUTION: The solubilized collagen powder is compounded so that trehalose coexists in its particle. The solubilized collagen powder is obtained by preparing an aqueous spray liquid containing solubilized collagen and trehalose, and spray-drying the spray liquid.
