PURPOSE: A production method of broccoli shoots is provided to expedite the vitality of microorganisms, and to increase the biological activity of the broccoli shoots by supplying far infrared ray ionized water generated from a DILEKA apparatus. CONSTITUTION: Seeds of broccoli are germinated for 2 days. Far infrared ray ionized water is supplied to the germinated broccoli seeds. The far infrared ray ionized water is generated from a DILEKA apparatus which functions to expedite the vitality of microorganisms and increases biological activity in general substances inserted. The supplying step of the far infrared ray ionized water is composed of two stages: sowing the broccoli seeds germinated in a plant factory: and inserting the far infrared ionized water for 4 days. The supplying step of the far infrared ray ionized water sprays the far infrared ray ionized water onto the germinated broccoli seeds for 2 minutes per hour. The plant factory is a closed crop cultivation system in which cultivation environment is controlled artificially.
