Apparatus for fractionation and infusion of radiopharmaceuticals, including a fractionation unit (1) for fractionation into a number of calibrated doses of an amount of radioactive liquid contained in a multidose vial (VE), and a unit (2) for transferring the doses from the fractionation unit (1) to a device (3) for administration thereof to a patient (S), and further including a controlled-atmosphere ventilated chamber (4) containing the unit (2) for transfer of the doses and the connections (21, 23, 25) to a line (11) for connection to the administering device.
