Disclosed is a straw discharge switch device for a combine. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the straw discharge switch device includes: a case accommodating a cutter combination installed in a straw discharge part at the rear end of a combine a switch cover installed to open or close an opening part formed on an upper slope surface of the case an operating unit comprising a switch motor generating operational force to open or close the switch cover, and a switch gear outputting the operational force generated by the motor and a link tool connecting a rotary shaft of the switch cover with the operating unit to deliver the operational force by the operating unit to the switch cover. The link tool comprises: a switch lever connected with an end of the rotary shaft of the switch cover and a connection rod connecting the switch lever with the switch gear.
