PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus and a dental CT apparatus which can acquire a series of panoramic images including the tooth row and right and left temporomandibular joints correctly without increasing the exposure dose while keeping the effective image receiving surface height of X-ray imaging means at the minimum required height even when a patient has a big jaw.SOLUTION: A digital panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus 1 which has: an imaging system 2 having an X-ray source 3 for emitting an X-ray to a subject M, X-ray imaging means 4 for detecting the X-ray having transmitted through the subject M to perform imaging, and a rotation arm 5 integrally having the X-ray source 3 and the X-ray imaging means 4 around the subject M and a slide body part 8 which has rotation means 7 for rotating the rotation arm 5 and can vertically move with respect to a support part 6 is so configured as to change the relative positions in the height direction of a subject positioning stand 11 which is not integral with the slide body part 8 and the slide body part 8 to image a series of panoramic images.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、X線撮影手段の有効受像面高さを必要最小限な高さに保ちつつ大きな顎の患者の場合においても被曝量の増大を招くことなく歯列及び左右の顎関節を的確に含めた一連のパノラマ画像を取得できるようなデジタルパノラマX線撮影装置及び歯科用CT装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、被検者Mに向けてX線を照射するX線源3と、 被検者Mを通過したX線を検出し撮影するX線撮影手段4と、 被検者Mの周りに前記X線源3、X線撮像手段4を一体的に有する旋回アーム5とを有した撮影系2と、旋回アーム5を旋回させるための旋回手段7を有し支柱部6に対し昇降可能なスライド本体部8と、を有するデジタルパノラマX線撮影装置1において、スライド本体部8とは一体でない被検者位置付台11と、スライド本体部8との高さ方向の相対位置を変えて一連のパノラマ画像を撮影する構成としたものである。【選択図】図1
