PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiration instrument and a connector capable of overcoming a problem of complicated structures of them and increase of a manufacturing cost of them.SOLUTION: Respiration instruments (10, 110, 210, 310, 410, 610, 710) for delivering gas to a patient comprise: gas passages (30, 130, 230, 330, 430, 630, 730) each having a proximal end and a distal end； and auxiliary gas inlets (50, 150, 250, 350, 450, 650, 750) on inner walls of the gas passages. These auxiliary gas inlets (50, 150, 250, 350, 450, 650, 750) direct gas along inner surfaces of the gas passages (30, 130, 230, 330, 430, 630, 730) so that the gas forms a substantially spiral path toward the distal ends of the gas passages (30, 130, 230, 330, 430, 630, 730).【課題】複雑及び製造費が高くつく点を克服する呼吸器具及びコネクタを提供する。【解決手段】患者へガスを送達するための呼吸器具（１０、１１０、２１０、３１０、４１０、６１０、７１０）は、近位端と遠位端を有するガス通路（３０、１３０、２３０、３３０、４３０、６３０、７３０）と、そのガス通路の内壁に補助ガス入口（５０、１５０、２５０、３５０、４５０、６５０、７５０）を備える。この補助ガス入口（５０、１５０、２５０、３５０、４５０、６５０、７５０）は、ガスがガス通路（３０、１３０、２３０、３３０、４３０、６３０、７３０）の遠位端に向かってほぼ螺旋経路を取るように、ガス通路（３０、１３０、２３０、３３０、４３０、６３０、７３０）の内側表面沿いにガスを向けるようになっている。【選択図】図１
