A bale processor with extended bale capacity and a kit for extending a balecapacity of a baleprocessor is disclosed. The bale processor comprises a frame supporting a baledisintegrationrotor and sized to support a first bale in a disintegration housing above thedisintegration rotor；a bale carrier mechanically coupled to the frame at a back section of theframe and moveablebetween a transport position capable of supporting a second bale above aground surface anda delivery position capable of delivering the second bale to thedisintegration housing； and anintermediary bale holder mechanically coupled to the frame at the back sectionof the frame,which when in use is capable of supporting a third bale in an intermediaryposition between thefirst bale above the disintegration rotor and the second bale supported by thebale carrier in thetransport position. The kit comprises an intermediary bale holder and asupport framemechanically mountable to a back section of a bale processor.
