PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect detection method for an administration device of a radioactive drug solution, capable of detecting a liquid feed defective state in an administration line with a simple configuration, and to provide the administration device of a radioactive drug solution.SOLUTION: In the administration device 1 of a radioactive drug solution, when a detection value detected by a load cell 33 is a threshold or smaller, the liquid feed defective state is detected by a control means 34. Thus, the possibility of occurrence of leakage or backflow or the like of liquid is detected.
