The present invention relates to a cleaning device for an endoscope capable of accurately cleaning the endoscope through ultrasonic wave vibration without applying physical pressure to the endoscope. The cleansing device for the endoscope includes a holder on which the endoscope is mounted a lifting unit guiding vertical movements through a frame installed in the longitudinal direction of the endoscope mounted on the holder and a cleaner cleaning the outer surface of the endoscope by corresponding to the movement of the lifting unit. The cleaner cleans the outer surface of the endoscope penetrating the inside by transmitting the ultrasonic wave vibration to a cleaning solution accommodated in the cleaner. The present invention can improve cleaning efficiency of the endoscope by accurately cleaning the outer surface of the endoscope when the endoscope is cleaned and conveniently and rapidly perform cleaning processes of the outer surface of the endoscope.
