Disclosed is a device for cleaning a puff. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for cleaning a puff cleans a puff by using a rotational force. The device for cleaning a puff comprises: a first housing unit accommodating the puff for cleaning and formed in the shape of a cylinder with an open upper end； a rotating unit installed in the first housing unit to be attached to an inner wall of the first housing unit and a lower end of the first housing unit to rotate； a covering unit installed to open and close the upper end of the first housing unit and is connected to rotate at the upper end of the first housing unit； a protruding unit formed in a shape protruding to the lower part of the covering unit to be hung and fixed to the rotating unit at a lower end of the covering unit； and a handle unit protruding from an upper end of the covering unit and rotating the covering unit when an external force is applied.
