The toothpaste composition uses white ion mineral (SY2220) instead of silicon dioxide as a polishing agent, and white ion mineral distilled water instead of purified water, and comprises, as essential ingredients, a vegetable soap base and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, which is a thickening agent, thereby exhibiting effects including improvement in tooth health, reduced irritation in the mouth, improvement in usability of a toothpaste product, contribution to a cleaning action, eco-friendliness caused by the use of the vegetable soap base instead of an artificially synthesized surfactant, easy removal of foreign matters from the mouth, prevention of re-adhesion of the foreign matters owing to the reduction of interfacial tension, and prevention of food taste change after tooth-brushing.
