PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of calculating a target measurement value with excellent accuracy without receiving adverse effects by a leak current and disturbance noise, and an analysis method.SOLUTION: An analyzer comprises: electrodes guiding a surface current； a circuit 400 electrically connected to the electrodes； and guard wiring 441, 446 guarding a part of the circuit 400. Further, a guard voltage input to the guard wiring 441, 446 is based on a voltage of non-inverting input of differential amplifiers 415, 435 provided to the circuit 400.
