Based on a total weight of the core, the core includes: a) a protein component of 0.5 to 10 wt-%； b) a carbohydrate component of 65 to 82 wt-% in the form of a crystalline and a non-crystalline carbohydrate phase； and c) water from 10 to 30 wt-%.
