The present invention relates to a bio-ink composition comprising a hydrophilic polymer and a double crosslinking compound, a filling material for embolization, and a use thereof. The composition of the present invention exhibits ion curability, photocurability, or both, exhibits excellent physical properties and structural stability without being cytotoxic, and thus is suitable for use in bio-inks and 3D bioprinting systems, and for use as filling materials in embolization.본 발명은 친수성 고분자 및 이중가교성 화합물을 포함하는 바이오 잉크 조성물 및 색전술용 충전 물질과 그 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물은 이온 경화성, 광경화성 또는 이들 모두를 나타내고, 세포 독성이 없으면서도 뛰어난 물성 및 구조적 안정성을 나타내어, 바이오잉크 및 3D 바이오프린팅 시스템에 사용되기에 적합하며, 색전술에서 충전 물질로 사용되기에 적합하다.
