A bed side part(120) is bent upwards from the end of the bed bottom part, and forms a rectangular internal space for receiving bed soil and planting seedlings. A bed supporting part(130) is prepared in a ring shape curved downwards along the upper end of the longer side of the bed side part, and is combined to a high-bench cultivation frame installed higher than the ground. A drain groove part(140) forms a furrow shape by caving in downwards from the bed bottom part, and faces the drain holes. Ventilation holes(112) are scattered on the bed bottom part. More ventilation holes with the same size or less of the diameter to the drain holes are formed.
