PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise support apparatus, exercise support method, and exercise support program capable of evaluating an exercise ability and efficiency thereof by easily and accurately estimating a subject's oxygen uptake during a daily practice and an actual race.SOLUTION: An exercise support apparatus calculates force applied to a user's body during exercise on the basis of sensor data corresponding to a moving state of the user's body output by a motion sensor of a sensor device 100； by using that the force is equal to force exerted by the body activities, calculates an average value (K value) per minute applied to 1 kg of a body weight of the user US； and estimates an amount of oxygen (an oxygen uptake VO) ingested by the user US per 1 kg of the body weight per minute.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】日常の練習や実際のレース中に、被験者の酸素摂取量を簡易かつ的確に推定して、運動能力やその効率性を評価することができる運動支援装置及び運動支援方法、運動支援プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】センサ機器１００のモーションセンサより出力される利用者の身体の動作状態に対応したセンサデータに基づいて運動中の利用者の身体に作用している力を算出し、その力が身体活動によって発揮される力と同等であることを利用して、ユーザＵＳの身体の体重１ｋｇ分に作用している力の１分間当たりの平均値（Ｋ値）を算出することで、ユーザＵＳが、１分間当たりに体重１ｋｇ当たりに摂取する酸素量（酸素摂取量ＶＯ２）を推定する。【選択図】図２
