PURPOSE: A hydrolysate for egg white ovotransferrin is provided to show anticancer activities specific to seven kinds of cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer composition contains a hydrolysate for egg white ovotransferrin as an active ingredient. Cancer includes lung cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, uterine cancer, liver cancer, and larynx cancer. A method for preparing the hydrolysate comprises the steps of: treating high purity ovotransferrin (purity: 98%) with nine kinds of hydrolases and hydrolyzing the ovotransferrin； treating seven kinds of cancer cell lines with nine kinds of hydrolysates； and measuring the suppression effect of the nine kinds of hydrolysates on the cancer cell lines.계란에 존재하는 오버트랜스페린 단일체 당단백을 9종의 단백질 가수분해효소를 처리하여 9 종의 가수분해물을 수득하고 상기에서 얻은 9종의 오버트랜스페린 가수분해물의 다양한 암세포의 성장억제 효과를 평가하여 특정 암 특이적 효능을 갖는 오버트랜스페린 가수분해물을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
