A table (100) comprising: a body (20) providing a tabletop and arranged to mount on part of a bed, an arm (60) extending from the body (20) with a distal connector (65) for attachment to a second part of the bed so as to brace the mounted body (20). The arm (60) is adjustable in length and attitude to the table (100). Consequently the tabletop is moveable into a variety of orientations according to placement and variance of the arm (60). The body (20) further includes an attachment means arranged for attachment of the table to a tubular rail such as is common in institutional settings like hospitals.
