The present invention relates to a seed germination method of Liriodendron tulipifera and, more specifically, to a method for effectively inducing the germination of the Liriodendron tulipifera seeds by sowing the Liriodendron tulipifera seeds in the autumn, covering the seeds with sand and rice straws, or soil, sand, and rice straws, and covering the seeds with a plastic sheet until early May. [Reference numerals] (AA) Sand + rice straws 1.2kg； (BB) Soil + sand + rice straws 1.2kg； (CC) Soil + rice straws 1.2kg본 발명은 백합나무 종자 발아 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 가을에 백합나무 종자를 파종하고, 모래와 짚의 순서로 묘상을 덮거나, 흙, 모래, 짚의 순서로 묘상을 덮은 다음, 비닐막으로 덮어 이듬해 5월 초순까지 유지함으로써 백합나무 종자의 발아를 효과적으로 유도하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 기존 방법에 비해 적은 양의 종자를 사용하면서도 백합나무 종자의 발아 효율을 상당히 증가시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 노천매장하는 과정을 생략할 수 있기 때문에 여기에 필요한 많은 인력과 경비를 절감할 수 있고, 또한 농번기인 봄철을 피하여 농한기인 가을철에 파종을 실시하기 때문에 작업의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있다.
